INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 ⅓ cups mashed over-ripe bananas



Step 1

Start by preheating the baking oven to 350 degrees.


Step 2

Lightly grease loaf pan with softened butter, or vegetable oil spray.


Step 3

Next, in a large bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, with teaspoon of baking soda, and quarter teaspoon of salt.



Step 4
Next, take a separate bowl, put cream together with half a cup of softened butter, with 3 quarters of cup of brown sugar. Then beat 2 eggs into the mixture. Now, take mash 5 to 6 over-ripe bananas. Blend it all together well.


Step 5
Now, combine the prepared banana mixture with flour mixture, until its enough moisten, and then pour the batter into the prepared pan.



Step 6

Place the loaf into preheated oven for about 60-65 minutes.

Let the bread cool in the pan for ten minutes, and then dish it out.
